Adjusting older Duncan Drill Clamps to fit new style Drill Points

Have you got an older style Duncan Seed Drill / Till Seeder that needs new Drill Points?

These machines can easily be converted to accommodate the new style Wearparts Drill Points to suit Duncan by making a small change to your existing clamps.

Converting to these points has many advantages including,

  • Points last longer.
  • Reduced wear costs.
  • Reduced downtime as points are changed less often.

 

Converting the clamps is easy.

Simply cut the clamp just above the bottom row of two bolts to create a rectangular clamp. See the image below for the approximate location. 

Please Note: This image shows approximate cut level only. Please check your individual clamp against the new point before cutting
